![]() I’m not sure yet that I could say that it’s helping me whittle down my waist, but I can confidently say that it’s got ya girl out here looking SNATCHED. I also notice that I tend to have a smaller appetite when I’m wearing the trainer (I also have to use the restroom more since everything is being squeezed). I don’t talk about this much, but I actually have spinal bifida and consequently mild scoliosis so as I’m a little more conscious of my posture I noticed the difference. The biggest things I notice when I wear this waist trainer are that my waist looks more defined, my stomach also looks a lot flatter / smoother, and it improves my posture. I also like that its longer, so it smooths and flattens my entire stomach / torso area. I also really like that it’s mesh, so on hotter days (or under layers), you won’t get too hot. In the power mesh trainer, which I just started wearing I have to squeeze to get it on the first (and largest) hook option so I feel like it might not stretch out quite as fast. I can now comfortably fit it on the third and smallest hook (which I think speaks more to how it stretches, than my waist actually getting any smaller). I purchased an XS in both waist trainers and that was definitely the way to go.Īfter wearing the original waist trainer for about a day, I was able to move down to a smaller hook so it seemed to stretch out quickly. I have around a 27″ waist on a good day (but when I purchase clothes, I pick the size that’s for a 29″ waist), so according to the size chart, I would be a small. ![]() This is because the trainer stretches out a little bit, so in order to maintain the “snatched” effect and work on waist training going down a size was better in the long run. I wasn’t sure what size to buy when I bought my first one, and based on the reviews I gathered that you should actually go down a size. ![]() The Power Mesh Waist Trainer comes in more colors, and it’s longer so it covers more of your torso area. Not too long ago I invested in the original SKIMS Waist Trainer (Retail: $68, USD), and since I really liked the results it gave me I decided to purchase the Power Mesh Waist Trainer as well (Retai: $76, USD). ![]()
